Uses: Stewart's Flavor Enhancer for Dogs is a combination of powdered, spray-dried proteins derived from beef and chicken sources as well as yeast-derived flavors. Used very effectively when switching pet foods, restricted therapeutic diets, medicated meals, long-term or short-term use for anorexia resulting from meal preference is needed.
Availability: Flavor Enhancer for Dogs is a non-prescription over-the-counter (OTC) product.
How to use: Sprinkle a light coating over the entire surface of meal. The meal should be shaken to distribute the Flavor Enhancer evenly. Difficult conversions (i.e. canned or soft-moist eaters to dry food) can be aided by adding Flavor Enhancer to water to form a gravy and decrease the amount of water used over time. Decrease the amount of Flavor Enhancer when your pet become used to new food.
Side effects: There are no reported side effects.
Precautions: Do not give to food-allergic pets (contains beef, chicken components). This product is a flavor only and should be fed in addition to a complete and balanced diet.
