Shipping is calculated in real time based on the weight of the product in your shopping cart and the zip code we are shipping to. If your product is on back order you will be notified by email. To insure proper delivery we have selected UPS and USPS as our carriers and usually process orders the next business day of receipt. Weekends and Holidays not included. UPS Ground*
UPS Ground provides day-specific delivery to destinations in the U.S. Prompt, dependable, cost-effective ground delivery makes UPS Ground an excellent choice for all your routine shipments. Available in the 48 contiguous US states only. Transit time may vary from 2-3 days to 5-7 days, depending on package origin and destination, especially during holidays. Electronic package tracking is included.
UPS Next Day Air*
UPS Next Day Air features fast and reliable delivery, making it the right choice for all your overnight shipments. Guaranteed delivery to the 48 contiguous US states by the end of the of next business day depending on location. Saturday Delivery by the end of the day where UPS Next Day Air is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon. Deliveries to certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time in transit. Transit time may vary depending on package origin and destination, especially during holidays. Electronic package tracking is included.
UPS 2-Day Air*
UPS Second Day Air is an economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service. Guaranteed delivery to the 48 contiguous US states by the end of the second business day. Saturday Delivery by the end of the day where UPS Next Day Air is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon. Deliveries to certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii may require additional time in transit. Electronic package tracking is included.
Vaccine Orders
All vaccines are temperature sensitive products. When a vaccine is ordered it will be shipped overnight in a separate shipment. Any orders containing vaccines and refrigerated products do not qualify for free shipping and must be sign for when delivered. A special vaccine shipping charge of $20.80 will apply to any order containing up to 12 vaccines. Additional charge will apply if more then 12 vaccines ordered. In case, if no one present at the time of delivery, Vetsnab can not be hold responsible for the delay. Transit time may vary depending on package origin and destination, especially during holidays.
Holidays
Please remember that the following holidays may delay order processing and/or shipping: New Year’s Day, New Year’s Eve, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas.

We do not take international orders at this time.
Unfortunately, we can’t always guarantee delivery times, (All guarantees made by UPS or USPS) however delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
