Order Policy
Thank you for selecting Vetsnab for your pet’s needs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding food products, opened medications, and vaccines) within 30 days of the invoice date as long as it is in the new, unused condition and in the original packaging, including all instruction manuals, product information, warranty cards and accessories. Any items returned that do not meet all these specifications will be returned or discarded at no credit. Product Return
In order to return a product, you will need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA number is good for 10 days and must be written on the outside of the returning package. Please Note: All products received without prior RMA number will not be accepted. Shipping cost charges are not included in the refund, and it is customer responsibility to pay for return shipping, unless the return is the result of our error and the entire order is returned. Special orders are non-returnable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Damaged or missing boxes must be reported to your carrier within 72 hours.
