Uses:
Flea and Tick Shampoo is safe and effective for dogs, cats, puppies and kittens 12 weeks and older. Provide rapid knockdown activity and kills fleas and ticks on contact. No sticky residue left behind, no fleas and ticks, just a clean and shiny coat. Contains Pyrethrum which is derived from flowers. Leaves pet smelling fresh and clean!
Availability:
Flea and Tick Shampoo is a non-prescription over-the-couner (OTC) product.
How to use:
Read entire label before use. Thoroughly soak animal with water. Apply shampoo along the back of the animal, working it into lather. Repeat this procedure with the neck, chest, middle and hind quarters. Pay special attention to the foot pads (especially between the toes), the base of the tail, and the underbody areas. Wash the head and ears areas carefully, making sure to keep the shampoo out of the eyes. Allow lather to remain for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Do not repeat treatment for 7 days.
Side effects:
Do not use this product on puppies and kittens less than 12 weeks old. Sensitivities may occur after using any pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur contact your veterinarian.
Precautions:
This product is for use on dogs and/or cats only. This product can cause eye and skin irritation on humans. If in the eyes flush with plenty of water. Get medical attention. If on the skin wash with plenty of soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists. If swallowed, drink promptly a large quantity of milk, egg whites or gelatin solution. Alternately drink a large quantity of water. Avoid alcohol.
Overdose:
If overdose is suspected, contact your veterinarian or veterinary emergency hospital.
Storage:
Store this product in a cool and dry area. Wrap empty container in several layers of newspaper and discard in trash. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
