Uses: Bio Spot Flea & Tick Control for Cats is a long-lasting and easy applied product for cats and kittens 12 weeks of age and older. Each application prevents flea eggs from developing and kills biting adult fleas, deer ticks, and mosquitos.
Availability: Bio Spot Flea & Tick Control for Cats is a non-prescription over-the-counter (OTC) product.
How to use: Read entire label before using this product. Use only on Cats and Kittens 120weeks of age and older. Part the hair on the cat's back of the neck at the bace of the scull, until the skin is visible. Place the tip of the tube on the skin and firmly squeeze the tube once or twice to expel the entire contents directly on the skin.
Side effects: This product can be hazardous to humans by causing moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes and clothing. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after using. Sensitivities may occur after using any pesticide pet products. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately. Certain medications can interact with pesticides. Consult a veterinarian or pharmacist before using on medicated animals.
Precautions: This product is for external use only. Do not use on kittens under the age of 12 weeks. Do not bathe cat within the first 24 hours after application. Consult a veterinarian before using on debilitated, aged, pregnant or nursing animals. Do not get this product in the pet’s eyes or mouth.
Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your veterinarian or veterinary emergency hospital. Hazard to humans. If in eyes: Flush with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. If on skin: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If swallowed: Call poison control center or doctor immediately.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal. Do not reuse container. Place used container in trash or offer for recycling. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
