How it works
Start by completing our Vetsnab Affiliate Program application. Membership is absolutely free! Once approved, you can begin earning money instantly. Just visit our Vetsnab Affiliate Program and choose the links you want to use on your Web site. How and where you position it on your site is up to you. Each time someone clicks on a Vetsnab link, visits our site, and makes a purchase, you’ll receive a 10% commission on the total purchases amount. No matter what link you choose, if a customer clicks from your site, you’ll earn money for any purchase they make.
From there, we take care of everything. We’ll handle processing the order, shipping, handling, billing, and customer service. We’ll even track the daily sales your site generates and pay you for each one! You just sit back and reap the rewards of the Vetsnab Affiliate Program.
Please read the agreement document below before registering. By signing up as an affiliate with Vetsnab.com you agree to the following Terms of Service.
This agreement by and between Vetsnab and/or their assigns and all Affiliate Program Applicants. Unless the context requires otherwise "we" means Vetsnab, "you" means the Affiliate Program Applicant, "Affiliate Links" means any hypertext links to the unique URL that we provide to you under this agreement, and "Affiliate Sites" means any and all web sites and e-mail newsletters that you place Affiliate Links in. By submitting an Affiliate Program Application, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
You understand that Vetsnab... and/or their assigns does not guarantee or predict any type of profit or response from said services. Vetsnab Affiliate Program applicant agrees to hold Vetsnab harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages, costs, demands or liabilities, joint or several, of whatever kind or nature which Vetsnab and/or their assigns may become subject arising out of or relating in any way to the use of the services provided under this agreement, including, without limitation, in each case attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any such losses, claims, expenses, suits, damages or liabilities.
Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as needed. The term of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Affiliate application by e-mail, and will end when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party ten (10) days written notice of termination via e-mail. You are only eligible for commissions earned through the date of termination. Affiliate referrals after termination will not result in commission payments. Upon termination you agree to immediately cease any representation of participation in the Vetsnab Affiliate Program, and remove from your Affiliate Sites all the Affiliate links and other material that we may provided to you under this agreement.
Application Process
We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of its acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that:
- Promote sexually explicit materials
- Promote violence
- Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Promote illegal activities
Include Vetsnab, or any other trademarks and its affiliates, or variations or misspellings of any of them, in their URLs to the left of the top-level domain name (e.g., ".com", ".net", ".UK", etc.) -- for example, a URL such as "Vetsnab.mydomain.com" would be unsuitable. Otherwise violate intellectual property rights.
Represent pet ownership or pet purchasing in a manner detrimental to the pet or the pet owner. This includes “puppy mills” and sites that promote harsh or cruel methods of training.
Any other site that Vetsnab determines unsuitable at it’s sole discretion.
By participating in the Program you agree that you will not engage in any such activities. You should also note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined (in our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement.
Links
During the term of this agreement, you may add or delete Affiliate Links from your Affiliate Sites at any time without our approval. You are solely responsible for maintaining your Affiliate Sites, and for incorporating, testing, and maintaining the Affiliate Links on your Affiliate Sites. We will provide you with a unique URL and graphics, and we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use this material solely to promote the Affiliate Links on your Affiliate Sites. We reserve all of our rights in the material we provide to you and all other intellectual property rights. You agree not to alter any of the material we provide to you under this agreement, and use that material solely for connecting directly to the Affiliate Links.
Conditions of Use
It is understood that as an affiliate of Vetsnab you are an independent entity, and you do not represent Vetsnab in any capacity either directly or indirectly other than as an affiliate. That you cannot advertise yourself as part of Vetsnab other than placing a banner on your website. All orders received by Vetsnab from affiliates must come directly as a result of someone clicking on the Vetsnab affiliate banner on the affiliate website. Commissions will not be paid on orders directed to Vetsnab in any other manner or by any other means.
Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on this site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the program following our posting of a change notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance of the change.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.
Independent Investigation
You acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You understand that we may at any time (directly or indirectly) solicit customers referrals on terms that may differ from those contained in this agreement or operate web sites that are similar to or compete with your web site. You have independently evaluated the desirability or participating in the program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
No Warranty
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES TO YOU OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE VetSnab, ITS SUBCONTRACTORS AND AFFILIATES PROVIDE YOU. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF THIS SERVICE FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We make no representation that the operation of our web site or our products or services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors, regardless of cause or fault. Under no circumstances shall VetSnab be liable for any loss of profits or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the Vetsnab Affiliate Program. Further, in no event will our aggregate liability under this agreement exceed the total commissions paid to you under this agreement. If notwithstanding this clause we are held liable to you. The provisions of this section will survive the termination of this agreement.
Miscellaneous
Each party to this agreement is an independent contractor, and neither shall have the authority to bind the other in any respect. Nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vetsnab, its directors, officers, affiliates, employees, and agents, from all liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of any breach by you of any representation, warranty, or covenant made by you herein, or any claim related to the development, operation, maintenance, or contents of your Affiliate Site. You agree not to sub-license, assign, or otherwise transfer this agreement, and any such attempt is void. This agreement is the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter described herein, and supersedes all prior communications, understandings, or agreements. If any of the provisions of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remainder of the agreement will continue in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
